We have had the pleasure of working with South Yorkshire Police to help develop and support the delivery of its new Sustainability Strategy.
We used every opportunity through the development process to build capacity and understanding on sustainability across the Force. Drawing on the Sustainable Development Goals in a South Yorkshire Police context was crucial to ensure that the ambitious commitments we made in the Strategy were achievable.

We have worked with multiple public and private sector organisations to help them embed sustainability considerations within the procurement process.
Working with the procurement team at the University of Manchester we helped them identify tools, resources and approaches, which could be integrated into core procurement activities. Building the confidence and expertise of the team as part of the journey was crucial to ensure a long term impact and the ability of the team to achieve Flexible Framework Level 5 and demonstrate its excellence as part of an ISO20400 Review.

We are working with the Executive MBA (EMBA) team at the University of Newcastle’s triple accredited Business School to embed sustainability into their leadership programmes.

We have developed a tailored Sustainability Action Planning Tool in partnership with 5 Higher Education purchasing consortia (HEPCW, NEUPC, NWUPC, SUPC and TUCO). This is currently used by 60 UK Universities to support over 8000 businesses who provide them with products and services.
This is provided free for all suppliers and enables them to explore social value, access support and guidance and create a sustainability action plan for their business.
