We have considerable experience in developing such networks and although we consider supporting enthusiasts vital, we have come to realise that alone such an approach only goes so far. We believe there is a real need to go beyond the ‘keen greens’ to promote positive behaviours with all staff.
We have used our considerable experience to develop a suite of online tools that have been designed to embed engagement and demonstrate impact. Creating an evidence-base for ongoing engagement happens as part of their deployment.
